The major points from this episode are (in order how they appeared in the episode):
- Beth is alive and in an Atlanta hospital; she is told that she was saved by the group staying at the hospital
- The group at the hospital is ran by a police officer named Dawn and she has a few other officers with her; there is also a doctor named Dr. Edwards
- Beth makes a friend at the hospital named Noah who is planning to escape; Beth and Noah attempt to escape but Noah is able to escape because of Beth while Beth is caught by the police officers
- At the end of the episode, Beth sees the police officers wheel in someone who turns out to be Carol
