SPOILERS ahead! Below I’ve put together the more important events that happened in The Walking Dead season 7 episode 10 “New Best Friends” but you can read the full episode recap and watch the “Inside the Episode” video here.

In episode 710, the new junkyard group named the “Scavengers” is led by a woman named Jadis and Rick tries to get them to join forces with his group to take on the Saviors and they can all benefit from it. Jadis first says no but then tests Rick by pushing him into a trash pit with a spiked armor walker named Winslow, who Rick kills off-screen. After coming out of the trash pit, Jadis and Rick come to an agreement. Daryl finds Carol at her cottage, they hug and have dinner together. Daryl doesn’t tell Carol about what happened with Abraham and Glenn because he wants to protect her and knows she would want to get revenge. Daryl leaves the Kingdom and is on his way to the Hilltop.

In next week’s episode it looks like it will focus on the Saviors, with Eugene being brought there and it looks like Dwight was not the person who helped Daryl escape the Sanctuary. Was it Sherry then? If so, will she be punished and will that push Dwight to go against Negan?

LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT EPISODE
The next episode is #711, it’s named “Hostiles and Calamities” and the description from AMC.com says: “An outsider experiences The Sanctuary.” The episode description on TV.com says: “An Alexandrian must navigate the mysterious world within the Saviors’ compound.”
