Andrea is sitting up in the tower of the Alexandria Safe Zone, looking down below where there are a lot of people with guns. Who are the people down below? Is it people from Alexandria preparing to go to war against Negan? Andrea isn’t pointing her rifle down so I’m thinking it’s the people from Alexandria or people from the Hilltop or it could be people from the Kingdom. Or is it Negan’s group coming to attack?
