There will be at least one new character in season 4 of The Walking Dead, one named Roy Stark, who is a former army medic that has a self-deprecating public persona that masks some seriously major personal demons. Source

Will this new character be the popular Sgt. Abraham Ford? Abraham wasn’t an army medic in the comic but they could be changing things up on the show. Or is this new character going to be with the Governor, maybe as Bob Stookey? In the comic book, Bob is the town drunk of Woodbury that eventually ends up helping heal the Governor after Michonne tortures him.
