SPOILERS ahead! Below I’ve put together the more important events that happened in The Walking Dead season 8 episode 11 “Dead or Alive Or” but you can read the full episode recap and watch the “Inside the Episode” video here.

In episode 811, Gabriel and Dr. Carson try to make it to the Hilltop but are eventually caught by the Saviors; Dr. Carson is killed when trying to grab one of the Saviors’s guns; Gabriel, who is starting to lose his vision from his infection, is taken back by the Saviors; Daryl leads the Alexandrians to the Hilltop, but along the way, Tara tries to kill Dwight; Dwight is able to get away and then saves the Alexandrians by directing a group of Saviors, who are looking for Gabriel and Dr. Carson, in the opposite direction of them; Daryl tells those at the Hilltop about Carl’s death, Enid bursts into tears; Eugene is making bullets for Negan at the factory; Negan tells the Saviors that they’re going to infect Rick’s group with walker blood.

LOOKING FORWARD TO THE NEXT EPISODE
The next episode is #812, it’s named “The Key” and the description from AMC.com says: “Hilltop’s leadership faces a difficult dilemma after the arrival of unexpected visitors; Rick comes face to face with an adversary.”
