SPOILERS ahead! Below I’ve put together the more important events that happened in The Walking Dead season 7 episode 15 “Something They Need” but you can read the full episode recap and watch the “Inside the Episode” video here.
In episode 715, we see that Sasha has been captured by the Saviors and is staying in Daryl’s old cell; Sasha almost gets raped by David but Negan kills her would-be attacker as rape isn’t allowed there; Negan gives Sasha his knife and a choice, kill re-animated David and join the Saviors or let David re-animate and kill her; she later kills re-animated David and says she’ll join the Saviors; later Eugene talks to Sasha from outside the cell, Sasha tries to play Eugene, asking him to get her something like glass or a weapon so she can kill herself, but she really wants something to kill Negan with; later Eugene brings Sasha a suicide pill he made in an earlier episode.
Gregory thinks about killing Maggie, but doesn’t, then is saved by Maggie as a walker attacked him; Rick and the group go to the Oceanside to get their weapons which they eventually do without anyone getting hurt; at the end of the episode, the group returns to Alexandria and Rosita tells them they have a visitor, she leads them to the jail cell where Dwight is, Daryl has to be held back, Dwight says he wants to help, Rick tells him to kneel.
Is Dwight telling the truth or is he playing some kind of game? What’s going to happen to Sasha? Will she take the pill? Has Eugene fully become Negan?

The next episode is #716, the season finale, it’s named “The First Day of the Rest of Your Life” and the description from AMC.com says: “The stakes continue to grow higher as paths cross; the group enacts an intricate plan.” The episode description on TV.com says: “The stakes keep mounting higher and higher as different stories clash, while the group enacts an intricate plan.”
