Jesus (Paul Monroe) to be played by actor Tom PayneIt’s been announced that actor Tom Payne has been casted for The Walking Dead TV show to play Jesus aka Paul Monroe from the TWD comic book. Tom Payne has been on a lot of TV shows and a few movies, check his IMDB page for more info. Payne will join the TWD series in a recurring role for season 6 with an option for season 7.
In the TWD comics, Jesus (Paul Monroe) is very good at hand-to-hand combat and is able to take on both Abraham and Michonne at the same time. It will be interesting if they have him meet Rick’s group the same way he does in the comics.
