This episode entirely focuses on the group of Tyreese, Carol, Lizzie, Mika and baby Judith. The major events that happen during the episode are: Carol wants Mika to toughen up and be able to kill not only walkers but humans if she has to but Mike says she won’t kill people because it’s wrong; the group comes across a house in the middle of a pecan grove and set up shelter there; Mika shoots a walker, saving Lizzie, baby Judith and herself but Lizzie cries about it dying and Mika tells her to look at the flowers and count to three to calm her down; the next day Lizzie is outside playing some kind of game with a walker as she runs playfully around a tree from it; Carol sees Lizzie being chased by the walker and runs out to protect Lizzie; Lizzie doesn’t want Carol to hurt the walker but Carol kills it and Lizzie gets very upset and the look on Carol’s face tells it all; after another incident with walkers near the house and Lizzie shooting down a walker, Carol and Tyreese think she finally gets it, that walkers are dangerous and not your friends and Lizzie says she knows what she has to do; the next day, Tyreese and Carol come back to the house after hunting and talking to find Lizzie holding bloody knife in her hand, with Mika dead on the ground and baby Judith still alive on the ground; Lizzie says, “Don’t worry, she’ll come back! I didn’t hurt her brain.” Lizzie then points a gun at them because she wants them to let Mika come back. Carol talks Lizzie into putting down the gun and are able to get baby Judith before anything else happens; that night Carol and Tyreese talk about Lizzie and they agree that she can’t be around other people; the next day Carol and Lizzie walk outside behind the house as Tyreese watches from inside; Lizzie thinks Carol is mad at her for pointing the gun at her and not about Mika and she gets upset; Carol tells Lizzie to look at the flowers and takes out her gun, aims at Lizzie and shoots. That night Carol confesses to Tyreese about her killing Karen and David; Tyreese forgives her but says it’s a part of them now. The next day they leave the house with baby Judith and head towards Terminus.
