Wow that was a quick time of freedom for 3 of the 5 prisoners that Rick and the group found at the end of episode 1 of season 3. Rick shows that he and the group are not to be messed with as well and some face the consequences.

So Rick and the others that were with him manage to get Hershel back to the cells where the others are to tend to him. Rick makes an agreement with the five prisoners that they’ll clear a prison block for them in exchange for half the food in the prison. Big Tiny gets stabbed by a walker’s hand bone (yea it’s true), and Tomas kills Big Tiny that shows he is really a psycho. In the laundry room, Tomas deliberately opens both doors of a double-door, after Rick tells him to open one. Then Tomas takes a wild wide swing with his weapon which almost catches Rick. Tomas then throws a walker at Rick and Rick falls to the ground with the walker. Daryl saves Rick and then Rick and Tomas have a stare down. Rick then kills Tomas and chases Andrew outside the prison and locks him out leaving him for the walkers. We see that Rick has definitely changed and is not taking crap from anyone anymore. Here’s the video of this scene along with some GIFs.

People on the internet have already created GIFs of Rick killing Tomas.

We see Hershel stop breathing but Lori brings him back by giving him CPR and later on he wakes up. Axel and Oscar are the prisoners that are still remaining and have their own cell block. Rick and Lori’s marriage is still a mess and Rick can barely look at her at the end, and tells her that the group thanks her for saving Hershel. We also see that someone was watching Carol from a distance as Carol was “playing doctor” with a dead walker. Who could it be? Someone from Woodbury? Is Andrew still alive?
