SPOILERS ahead! Below is a quick recap of Fear the Walking Dead season 2 episode 9 “Los Muertos” but you can read the full episode recap here.

In episode 209, Los Muertos, I felt like this episode was mediocre at best.

THE FAILS

• After entering the hotel and not bothering to secure it first, two grown adults, Madison and Strand, decide to drink alcohol and get drunk… while in the zombie apocalypse, smart right? Then they decide to make lots of noise by smashing glasses and playing a piano. This just makes no sense. This whole scene felt like the writers couldn’t think of how to get the characters in a scary/tough situation so hey let’s get them semi-drunk and making lots of noise, then bring in a group of infected.
• Alicia sees infected falling off balconies, dropping to the ground and then getting right back up and walking. Umm I would think that some legs would break from a fall that high, but it looked like all of the infected that fell got right up and headed towards the noise.
• Nick steals a candy bar from the gangster’s supermarket, instead of putting it in the big shopping cart that has room for a small candy bar. Or did Nick do this on purpose to get caught and then try to get a second cart of water?
• Is Alejandro really immune to whatever is going on in The Walking Dead world? Was he really bit? If he was really bit by a walker and is immune, doesn’t this break the world of The Walking Dead? This has never happened to any other character in Robert Kirkman’s TWD world.
