SPOILERS ahead! Below is a quick recap of Fear the Walking Dead season 2 episode 8 “Grotesque” but you can read the full episode recap here.

In episode 208, Grotesque, the entire episode focuses on Nick as he makes his way north to find others like Celia; on the way Nick gets bit by a dog; he’s found by a new character named Luciana (along with two men who were with her); the new characters bring Nick to a Colonia where a man named Alejandro treats his wound. During the episode, we also get to see a few flashbacks with Nick, his girlfriend Gloria (remember the woman from season 1 episode 1 who turns into an infected) and when Nick learns about his dad passing away.

The next episode is #209, it’s named “Los Muertos” and the description is: “After the fall of the compound, Madison, Strand and others forge a tenuous path forward. Meanwhile, Nick is recruited for a perilous assignment.”
